MVC-CD1000 Software for Windows XP

I have a Sony Mavica MVC-CD1000 Digital Camera that I now
find my new computer's Windows XP operating system is not
compatible with. I wrote Sony and they gave me the same
kind of bull shit response MS has been giving us customers
for years. Both companies are like drug pushers that know
they have us hooked and can abuse and do whatever they
like once they have us dependent on them.

I need a solution for using my Sony Mavica on an Windows
XP system. Any suggestions out there?
