My computer is locked on edit.

Hi, There is a problem with my computer the software
programs are frozen and I cant access anything. I cant
write and all the files on the top of the screen such as
file, edit,help,etc, are grey and you cant click on them.
What is wrong with my computer. Could you please help. I
have already asked the company I bought it off and also
the PC hotline and the phone line for the Microsoft

I had this happen to me and I bought a new keyboard
because the ALT key was stcuk down without me knowing it,
sorted it out like a gooden
