Default My dial-up has been hijacked....I need help

I did have sound on my puter and about two months ago agere soft modem
hijacked my puter. I can't make any new connections.I keep getting these pop
ups
that read: a script is accessing info from this site. Do you want to allow
this? I click no and then it reads: this site was blocked for using active x
in an unsafe manner.
Can anyone help me?
