My documents is changing location

Posted: 07-22-2003, 09:46 AM
Hi group.

Client : Windows XP SP1, logging on to Windows NT Domain
Server : Windows 4.0 Server, SP6a

When client is logging on to the domain, a login-script (Kixtart) is mapping
F:, H:, P: to some network drives on some servers.

The properties for My documents shows that the target is H:
Does anybody know why ? Why not F: or P: ?

I change the target to default (C:\Documents and settings\<username>\My
documents),
but next time I log on the target is H: again. How can I prevent this change
?
I would like to keep the default settings.

Before I change to default I can see some references to H: in the registry.
But after I change
to default settings for My documents, there is no reference to H: (by the
way, it is h:\, lower letter).

Regards,
Vlastimil
