my keyboard and the mouse gets strucked

hi guys!
i'am using win-xp and my problem is that when i start my system my keyboard and the mouse gets strucked though the entire system is running .
this makes me to restart the system and the same problem occurs after few minutes.

plz help me! as i'm facing a dam PROBLEM.

the cable of your mouse or keyboard might not be plugged correctly,
if it is not the problem then i believe your system needs some cleaning. sometimes dirt gets accumulated on the processor which can cause similar problem.
