my RCA 1076 MP3

It is a USB (2.0) mass storage drive, thus you can use Windows Explorer
to delete contents. Doubleclick My computer icon on desktop and navigate to
the
drive under Removable drives (maybe E or F), rightclick it and click Explore.
When it lists the contents you can rightclick a specific file/song/MP3 and
click
Delete. Do not delete any other file than the MP3 file for that will make
the MP3
player inoperable/defunct. If access is denied, go here:
