My system keeps rebooting!! Is it the problem with OS or Hardware?!

Default My system keeps rebooting!! Is it the problem with OS or Hardware?!

Hi, I have Dell Vostro 1400 PC with Windows Vista Business edition... the problem is, atleast in a month, it have rebooted an average of 4 to 5 times without showing the blue ...
