need help! ide device cannot work (vista rc2)

mainbord: P965 (foxconn P9657AA-8RKS)
it use the JMicron JMB361 Host Controllor to connect IDE drive, it
recognized as SCSI controllor by windowsXP.

the problem is i have 2 more SCSI cards connect to 3 SCSI hard disks, and at
one time only 2 of the SCSI controllor can run normally in windows Vista.

my system was installed in adaptec 2100s SCSI Raid, it works normal all the
time.

status 1:
after the system completed install, the JMicron JMB361 Host Controllor was
recognized as standard dual channel pci ide controllor, and it works normally.
the maxtor ide harddisk works normal also.
the adaptec AHA-2940U2W SCSI cannot be recognized, just show SCSI
controllor,and "a yellow ?" before.

status 2:
when i use the driver of 2940U2W for win2k, it can normal works, but the
JMB361 and the ide harddisk disappear.
if i use the driver of JMB361 for winXP, the system can be use after
restart, it restart automaticlly if you choose strat windows normally, if i
choose the last known good configuration, the system go back to status 1.

please help me !
how to make the 3 SCSI controllors works together?
