Need Help with Windows Live Mail

Hello, I have just installed Windows Live Mail. For some reason though, every time I try to run it, I get a message saying, "Please wait while Windows configures Windows Live Mail". That message stays on screen for about 30 seconds and then just disappears, and Windows Live Mail never launches. I have tried rebooting, and reinstalling the software, but nothing works. I have asked Microsoft tech support for help, but they have yet to respond. I would really like to get this program working, and any help anyone could offer would be immensely appreciated. By the way... I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit, if that helps. Thanks in advance!
