Need same local printer settings to transfer to all users of that computer

Multiple domain users on one computer
Single local printer. ( HP 1200
Printer setup need to have Draft/econo Mode for anyone that logs onto the machine
The problem being that when UserA logs off and UserB logs on, UserB gets the default printer settings instead of the 'tweaked' printer settings
How can I get everyone on the same page so to speak ?
