.NET 1.1.4322 Regsvcs.exe installation problem

Trying to install .NET Framework 1.1.4322 on Vista Beta 2 and it fails near
the end with an unhandled exception when trying to register
System.EnterpriseServices.dll . Seems that it isn't a Vista specific problem
as similar cases are reported on XP machines too. Are there any known fix for
this? thanks~
