Netlogon service can't strat

Posted: 10-02-2003, 08:50 PM
There is a notbook with WinXP on it.
TCP/IP works fine - I'm able to browse Internet.
Microsoft network browsing fails. Computers in workgroup
can see this laptop but can't browse it.
The problem is that Net Logon serive can not be started.
When I try to start it it says: The net logon service was
started and then stopped. Some serives spots automaticlly
if they have no work to do...
I've tried to reinstall MS client and services but it
didn't help.

Any suggestion how to fix it?

Thanks
