Posted: 02-18-2008, 02:56 PM

I hope that someone can help me I have a Toshiba laptop which I ha
networked to my home pc fine until recently when I accidently change
the profile from private to public. I can no longer network the pc bu
the big problem is I cannot change the profile back to private. When
click on network and settings it tells me I am not connected to an
network and nothing else, the customize box which should be on the righ
hand side and give me the option to change is missing. I have trie
re-installing but it is still the same. When I try to connect I can se
other connections but not my home pc. When I look in the firewal
settings it tells me it is set for public but I just don't know how t
change these settings. :
