Default Network Password Popup using Outlook

Help...
I keep getting this network password popup whenever my Outlook is running. I
have configured everything in Outlook, but it won't go away. Article #290684
on the MS Support site addresses this issue for every O/S except Windows
Vista.

Will someone please tell me how to get rid of this annoying box?
