Network password types

Posted: 03-26-2007, 05:53 PM

when adding network passwords under (Control Panel)-(User
Accounts)-(Manage Your Network Passwords) the type 'A Windows logon
credential' is greyed out whereas 'A web site or program credential' is
available and selected.

For a private home network/workgroup this is the reverse of what I would
have thought and seems contrary to the comments on that panel.

Any ideas ?
