Network Printer disconnects after resume from sleep

Hi,

I manage a small network of about 10 pc's with a mix od XP Pro and 2000.
The server is Win 2000 SBS and is setup as a domain controller. There is
also an hp laser jet printer connected to the network via an HP Jet Direct
print server. One XP Pro box keeps getting disconnected from the printer
when resuming from sleep. He can't print after resuming and reboots to
restore connection. I am not sure what could be causing this, does anyone
have any thoughts?
