New address book

I saved my old address book onto floppy disks when my
computer crashed. Is there a way I can copy the contents
of the floppies into my new address book? Or do I have to
input each one individually?

I don't remember how it's done but in your "help" section in Outlook Express
or Outlook, they guide you step by step how to copy your hole address book.
I've done it.
