The new Group Policy

Hi. From what i've understood, the new Group Policy's MainStore
(Sysvol\Domain\Policies\Policydefenitions) should prevent the "Bloating" of
the previous GP (creating policy folder for each Account\Machine)

But from my personal use with it, the "Bloating" still accour and new
folders are created for each computer that i bring into the domain
..
Does anyone has a take on this ?
