New MP3 troubles

Posted: 09-29-2005, 05:03 AM

Hello, I just bought an i-Audio by Cowon, aside from its great features I cant burn music to it from Windows MP 10. can anyone give me some direction. I also tried transferring the music from WMP to a separate folder but when I try to play the music, nothing happens.

Well you are almost there. Same company - free too - called JetAudio
however.

jetAudio Basic:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/jetaudio.html

The Burn CD feature automatically converts it to the proper files for
burning.

Thank you for the response, although Jet Audio was the software it came
with. Unfortunately, the program does not convert protected media therefore
I have to re-download all my music to my computer to a MP3 format instead of
a WMA format. thinks for the help, if you can think ofany other way, I would
appreciate it.

Redownloading them will likely be your best solution. Any programs that
remove the protection are supposed to be illegal. I'm not a lawyer so I
don't really know one way or the other. I see where I was mistaken. You
mentioned "burning" which is the process of authoring an optical disk
generally. In fact you're trying to copy or sync the data with your device.
The specifications as to your devices ability to play various files are on
this page:

http://www.cowonamerica.com/products...fications.html

You may have incompatable files perhaps?
