New Vista Installation on Existing SBS 2003 Network

I haven't found a way to use the connectcomputer wizard in Vista. You can
manually join the domain in the Network and Sharing Center. Some people have
said they got the connectcomputer wizard to work when logged in as the real
administrator in safe mode. That method didn't work for me. You will also
have a problem with the SBS logon scripts once you are joined to the domain.
They require local administrator permissions. You will need to enter a local
admin password if your domain account is not a local admin. You may also
have to reenter your domain credentials again if the local admin account has
a different name and password from the domain account. At best if you give
the domain account local admin permissions you get a UAC prompt and have to
click on OK at least once when logging on to the domain. Hopefully SBS 2003
will be fixed to work properly with Vista before Vista is released.
