new work station with win xp pro sp2 oem disk \ qick book problem

Hello,

I have built 3 new work stations in the last 4 month and the first 2 were
loades with win xp pro sp1 oen disk and the work just fine with 2003
quickbooks premier contractors edition multi user mode
i just built thr 3rd work station with the same specs and the first 2 but
the win xp pro is sp2 oem disk and works just fine but in quick books it is
having problems win you go to customers and then recieve payments gives an
error message and then closes that module


does any one have any ideas
