"Newsgroup not available"

Posted: 10-14-2003, 04:07 AM
Will someone explain to me just what is happening when I
am advised "Newsgroup not available," but SOME of the
pages are available? I have been unable to access this
Windows XP Community Newsgroup since 10-09-03 PM until
tonight, and even now "pages" are unavailable as I go
backwards from this date? Thanks, Ron
