Hi,

Chances are very high that 5600 will be/is the last public beta build. The
rumor mill has it that there will be another interim build for certain
tester groups, but that it will not be made public. The short answer is that
the next build available to the general public will be the one on the store
shelves, and it will include a price tag.

According to PT from windowsitpro.com, Release Candidate 2 is due out on
Friday, and will be available to MS Connect Beta Tester's, MSDN Tester's (OS
Level and Up), and Technet Plus Tester's, as well as Select Microsoft CPP
Tester's, Just FYI.

It was there for a short while but it is gone now and does redirect to the
RC1 page. They probably realized it got posted and removed it - it wasn't
complete anyway. It didn't contain the validation strings for the downloads
nor were the download links active.
