nightmare with ULead DVD Movie Factory 3

Can anyone help?

I have the new ULead DVD Movie Factory 3 program (not
cheap, but a good product) but every time I try to burn a
project, the following windows pop up and shut the
program down. Any ideas?

VIRTUAL MEMORY MINIMUM TOO LOW
Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is
increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file.
During this process, memory requests for some
applications may be denied. For more information, see
Help.

Rndal.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialise properly
[0xc000012d].
Click on OK to terminate the application.

Norton Anti-Virus
Cannot read subscription date.
Please re-install Norton Anti-Virus.

(I have re-installed it)

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: ... Systems\ULead DVD Movie Factory 3 Disc
Creator \ DVDMF.exe
Abnormal program termination

Thanks for your efforts.

Try turning off Norton before you start the burn.

first:
what is your virtual memory set to? if it is too low it
will surely cause crashes.
Your problem may be fixed by setting virtual memory size
to a larger size.
you can access this at: control
panel>system>advanced>Performance
settings>advanced>virtual memory. click 'change' and set
it to a larger size.
if you are working with extremely large video files you
may want to go to about 2000MB (2GB) to ensure that you
have enough to cover file size.
WARNING: if your paging file disk is the same as your
system disk (same physical drive) or if your HD is nearly
full you may want to consider just purchasing a new drive
to use as a video drive.

hope this helps,
