| If you are using software from your ISP in order to connect to the Internet, that may be the issue. If that is the case, you need to install that software into each user account to which you wish to grant Internet access because many applications were not designed for a multi-user environment. Since they are limited accounts, you will need to temporarily change them to administrative accounts, install the software after which you should be able to return the account to its limited status without losing Internet access. Install the software into the same folder as currently installed. It will appear as one installation on the hard drive but should create the pointers to allow the user to access the Internet. -- Michael Solomon MS-MVP Windows Shell/User Backup is a PC User's Best Friend DTS-L.Org: http://www.dts-l.org/ "Phatjj" <phatjj@yahoo.com> wrote in message news:23bd01c373da$18785570$a101280a@phx.gbl...
