no sound just beeps

ive had it with micrsoft ive tried everything and all i
get is go to microsoft updates well their is none. thanks
a lot microsoft how can you sleep at night. if any of you
hard working people know how i can fix my sound driver
please let me know. (rant)help and support center waste
of time whats the point windows update its a joke!!!!!
