I am unable to run a virus scan with Norton on my XP
home. It runs and I get a page fault error and shut down.

And what, precisely, has this to do with Windows and/or Microsoft?! Just
because you're running an application under XP doesn't make it a Windows/MS
problem. I suggest you contact Symantec.

Hi,

To resolve this problem, you need to disable Script
Blocking by following these steps:

1. Start Norton AntiVirus.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Script Blocking.
4. Uncheck "Enable Script Blocking (recommended)."
5. Click OK.

This should resolve the problem.

Thanks,
