not properly installed the printer hp psc1210

Uninstall first!

Since it's an All in One, remember to also delete the Fax icon (if it's
there)..... and the software from Add/Remove Programs....then the Printer
and Fax drivers from the Server Properties.

If it's a fax machine as well, you still have another step....Right click on
My Computer and select Properties. From the Hardware tab, click on Device
Manager. Scroll down to the line "Imaging Devices" and click on the + to
expand the tree. Highlight the scanner there and select Uninstall. Then
reboot the PC.

Now redownload the software from the HP website at http://tinyurl.com/dm60
It's a BIG download, so if you're on a dial up connection, you might want HP
to sell you a CD instead!
