not seeing CD-RW content?

I burned a few CD-RW's on my old computer (windows 98,
tdk model 16/10/40x, Ahead Nero software) and my new
computer's included CD-ROM drive drive sees the disc is
there, but shows none of the content. What do I need to
do so that it will see the content?
