Nvidia - differences in 158.18 version?

I installed the the Nvidia 158.18 drivers when they were released on 4/17.
I see now they have a 158.18 WHQL driver released on 4/26.

Does anyone know if there are any differences between the 2 other than one
is Microsoft certified - i.e. is it worth installing the newer release of
the same version?

They are slightly different sizes.

I installed both versions and have not seen any dramatic performance differences
or any problems with either install
..

As far as i'm aware the only difference is the inclusion of the WHQL
certificate, which would explain the difference in file size. The driver
itself should be identical though.
