Nvidia Geforce 3 card causing flashing after XP service pack 1 loaded.

Ever since loading XP service pack 1, I have had a problem
with my graphics card. The card is a Nvidia GeForce 3
Ti200. If the card is loaded, the screen flickers,
sometimes so annoying that you have to re-boot the
machine. It even flickers when the mouse is moved.

I have loaded the latest Nvidia drivers several times to
see if this will cure the problem, but to no avail.

Can anybody sugest what might be the problem?
