NVIDIA GeForcr4MX420 driver

I get an error message "Error loading NvQTwk". I tried
reinstalling it and got the message that there is none
more suitable and mine is OK. Any suggestions?

Look for the latest drivers at www.nvidia.com.

If still no change, just remove it from starting up automatically... it's
the Tweak Panel for the graphics drivers... Start, Run, (type) MSCONFIG
(enter)... look in the Startup tab. Uncheck its box.
