PLEASE ANSWER TO MY E-MAIL

I rec. e-mails that I can not open which are from people
I know & ones that I do not know I delete.

When I try to open it tells me at the top of the message
box the following: "OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail; fw_fw_.eml". Need to
know how to remove the above. Thanks Pat

Hi

With OE open, go to Tools>Options>Security and uncheck 'Do not allow attachments to be saved...'. If you do uncheck this option, please make sure that you virus-check any attachment before opening it, even if you think that it is 'safe'!!
