Off Color Printing

My printer at work (Canon S750) was printing with color that were slightly
wierd, not true colors for pictures and maps. I performed all the
maintainence tasks and still the same.

I brought in my home printer (Brother MFC 3240) to work. The printer works
perfectly at home. When I installed it at work, again the colors are off,
just like the other work printer.

Why would the output be different using the same printer, drivers, settings
and paper? The Color Management, color profiles are the same. The only
difference is at home I use XP Pro and at work it is XP Home.
