Office 2003 setup error

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but has anyone run into this?

Happens at the end of Office 2003 setup:

Error 1935. An error occured during the installation of assembly component:
{53EB5CFB-3DAF-4890-ABCD-4895D28EAAAF} HRESULT: 0x80070570.
