Online Pixelzied Photos

While viewing pictures online, they show up on my computer as pixelized,
unclear/not in their fullest quality. I have to right click on the picture
and select 'display image with full quality' to see a non-pixelized, clear,
picture. I've been trying to figure out how to configure my computer for it
to show up in its fullest quality, but I can't find out how. If anyone has
had or has this similar problem, and knows how to fix it, please reply. It
would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

If you are using one of the high speed
dialup connections like NetZero or AT&T
Worldnet Accelerator...that could be
causing the problem.

Maybe the following info will clarify:
=====
=====
How does NetZero HiSpeed work?

Data Compression and Image Optimization -
Before the text and graphics that make up
Web pages get sent to you over your phone
line, NetZero HiSpeed compresses them
using a proprietary technology. Less data
is sent so your surfing experience is that
much faster!
=====
=====
AT&T Worldnet Accelerator delivers text
and graphics more efficiently, using a
proprietary compression technology that
significantly reduces the size of Web pages
and page elements sent to your browser.

The technology compresses text and
graphics enabling users to load web pages
much more quickly than is traditionally
possible over an ordinary dial-up connection.
