OOP'S***SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

I don't know what got into me last night. I was in the
middle of defrag the computer and it was taking like
hours..after like 2 hours of "moving Harry Potter" files I
got concerned. I paused the defrag and search computer for
all files with "harry potter"; there were like 84 of them.
After the words harry potter were like my QB software,
outlooks, some said games, morphus or limewire...so I am
thinking that these all need to go away. YES, I went crazy
and started deleting. Now today when I try to go into my
anti virus software, QB, and others I get this error
message that says..."there is no file associated with this
action something or another, go create a file in folder
options on control panel" WOW DID I SCREW UP HUM????

If you deleted but did not empty your recycle bin - they are still there.
Just restore them.

I did empty the bin!!!How do I create a file???
