Open Files showing up behind desktop

Frannie,
He can round up errant windows back to the desktop by right clicking on
the taskbar and choosing "Cascade" or one of the "Tile.." choices.

Also, have him :
-- check Display> Settings to be sure he doesn't have an extended
desktop enabled accidentally.

-- if necessary, adjust the monitor's display boundaries with the
controls builtin to the monitor
