Hi Tricia,

Download Microsoft Excel Viewer

What Is the Microsoft Excel 97/2000 Viewer?
http://support.microsoft.com/support.../Q273/7/11.ASP

"The Microsoft Excel 97/2000 Viewer is for people who do not have Microsoft
Excel; it allows them to open and view Excel 97 and Excel 2000 spreadsheet
files. The Excel 97/2000 Viewer can be used to view files for any version of
Excel that is Excel 97 or later."
