option to turn on password UAC prompt in administrator in Vista SP

Default option to turn on password UAC prompt in administrator in Vista SP

Why do you have to hide this in Vista Ultimate and make user create a
standard account. I think that by default UAC password prompt option should
be added in the User Account Control panel with all Vista version.
