Order that programs in Startup folder are processed

Can somebody tell me if there is any way to control the
order in which programs in the Startup folder are loaded?

Yes, you can write a batch file and put the commands in the desired
order here. The remove all the applications from the startup settings
and place a shortcut to the batch file into the STARTUP folder of your
Start Menu.
