OS "freezing" on crcdisk.sys

Hello.
While my PC "frezzing" aboute 5 minutes during booting from BootDVD or
Instaled on HDD Vista?
After 5 minutes system continued start Up and work normally.
When booting in safe mode system freezing after load crcdisk.sys.
What is the cause of this trouble? Vista b1 worked whithuot this problem

But vis all newest relises (x86 and x64)I has this prolem.
Aboute my hard: AMD64x2 3800\1024MB\MB:ASUS M2N-E\GF7600GT\Segate 7200.10
250G SATA

Same here.
Freezing with the green bars on normal startup and freezing in Safe
Mode after loading crcdsik.sys.
Abit NF7 MB, FX5900 Graphic Card and 2xPATA and 1xSATA Drives.
Installing Vista to the slave PATA drive from within WINXP.
