I have Office xp running and have created two archive
folders to have my deleted email and sent email saved
off. However, every day or so a third archive folder
shows up in my folder list with a different target than
my other two. I've checked all of my folders to see if
they are auto archiving to this target but can't find
any. I go to file/data file management and remove the
archive folder but it pops back up in a couple of days.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can stop this from
happening?
