Outlook express won't save my account passwords

For some strange reason this one computer (new) won't
save my passwords for my email accounts in outlook
express.

Using Windows XP Home, new computer OEM, never used
before, fully updated and patched.

Please help !

Just FYI:

I do have the little checkmark for "save password" just
like my other computers.

However on this one it just won't save it,

it always goes back to blank after I restart outlook
express. I've tried entering it every which way but it
just won't save it
