Default Parental Controls in Vista Enterprise

Ok, so I already asked this question, can you have parental controls in Vista
Enterprise? Several of you said I cannot setup parental controls. Ok. Then I
ask you, if you have the enterprise licenses, an they are in a school
environment, how to you prevent children from accessing unwanted content?
Is there some way to control what the user can and cannnot do/see online?
Please Help....

I am guessing here, but maybe it is something that is setup in the server. The majority of schools that allow internet access go through a server and routers.

Yes, you can actually,

You can use Windows Live Family Safety Beta, available at
http://fss.live.com

It works almost the same way that Ultimate Parental Controls work, and its
good.
