Default Partition Manager

Can you recommend a Vista compatible partition manager? I have Vista on
"c," XP on "d" and a back drive on "e." I shrunk XP to a smaller size as I
don't all the slack space left, but I cannot increase Vista's drive space.
I guess I need to "move" xp? Thanks

Acronis Disk Director 10.0.2160 is fully Vista compatible now - as of about
1 week ago.

Unfortunately, Acronis is not a try before you buy product with regards to
resizing partitions and I really don't want to spend $50 to resize 2
partitions without much need for other partitioning work.

Any freebies or demos vista compatible?

Thanks again.

Hmm, turns out acronis doesn't offer a try before you buy that will actually
make changes to the partitions and I really do not want to spend $49 to
resize 2 partitions without much need for other work. BootitNG was another,
that that wants it's own partition. Any other advice on vista capable
partition software. Doesn't seem there is much out there. Thanks

IIRC, you don't need to actually install BootIT NG and create its own
partition. That's only if you're going to use it as a boot manager. You
skip that part and just make a bootable cd so you can do your partition
work. So read the documentation more carefully and see if that's still
the case.
