FAT16 - 4 GBFAT32 - 512MB to 2 TB
NTFS - volumes much larger than 2 Terabyte are possible.

Not if you have SP1 installed prior to partitioning and your BIOS supportsthis. My Maxtor explained the situation in the manual .
