passord error

I am having trouble getting my emails because it is rejecting my password
the error reads:
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: 'Work', Server: 'pop-server.gt.rr.com', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR Authentication failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Check the Windows Firewall and make sure that port is not blocked. Open
Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Exceptions > Add port... >
