I have a password problem too. In my case though. I
changed the password for administrator because, the person
I bought the computer from set it to a weird one. I just
tried to set it as my wifes name. Now, It doesn't accept
the password. I've even tried typing it in different ways
including mis-spelling, caps, diffent ways.

Please help me with some advice or location where to look.

To make you laugh, I just had the computer running for
half a day.

O yeah, one more problem, I don't know the COA code.
Plus, the pc is a DELL and I got the re-installation CD
which asks for the COA code.

Thanks

Contact Dell about the COA. As to the other problem, resolution is the
