Default Password Reset Disk

Hi , i have a very small problem with windows xp pro , i
have created a password restore disk , i no longer
require this , the only problem is when i log in ,
instead of the standard windows (your password is
inccorect) box, when you type the wrong password , it
still comes up with do you want to use the restore disk
prompt , how do i stop it from displaying the restore and
make it go back to the normal window ?
..

Kiran;
Apparently the computer does not recognize that a Password Reset Disk
was made.
Did you make it on this computer before you had this problem?

Kiran;
Look closely in the yellow box, right under "Did you forget your
password?"
